Ms. Rachhitta Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners files a no objection certificate of Ms. Laxmi Chakraborty, learned counsel on record. She also files a vakalatnama in her favour. According to her the vakalatnama is signed by the Director of the petitioner Company who has instructed her to withdraw the matter. Considered the submissions. Keeping the no objection certificate as well as the vakalatnama on record the petitioner is permitted to withdraw W.P. (C) No 38 of 2017. The writ petition stands disposed as withdrawn. Pending interim application also stands disposed of accordingly.
