Against rejection of his application form for the post of Primary School Teacher, petitioner has approached the Writ Court. Writ Court had directed
the respondents to accept the application form of the petitioner.
Today, Mr. D.K. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the application made by the petitioner for the aforesaid
post, petitioner was declared successful and now he has been appointed.
In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition.
Accordingly, Contempt Petition is closed. Contempt notice issued to respondent is hereby discharged.
