Mr. Ajay Sharma, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is covered by the judgment rendered by this Court on same and similar facts in CWP No. 6672 of 2011, Sandeep Singh Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and another, decided on 28.2.2012. Consequently, Annexure P-1, dated 10.9.2010 is quashed and set aside. Respondent-Corporation is directed to consider the case of the petitioner, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove, within a period of 8 weeks after the production of certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner.
With these discussions/observations made hereinabove, the present writ petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
