Mr. V.D. Khidta, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in LPA No. 506 of 2011, dated 12th January, 2012, titled The Managing Director versus Lekh Ram and another. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Corporation to consider the case of the petitioner in view of the principles of law laid down in the judgment cited herein above, within a period of four weeks from today. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
