By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a direction to the Officer on Special Duty, Erstwhile, H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, to send the record of OA No. 5611 of 2017, to this Court.
Having taken note of the fact that entire record of the Tribunal stands transferred to this Court, prayer made in the instant petition cannot be allowed and as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid prayer having been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, Registry is directed to ensure that the case at hand is listed before the Court at an early date.
