By way of present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought a direction to the Officer on Special Duty, Erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, to send the record of Original Application No.2697 of 2018, to this Court.

Having taken note of the fact that entire record of the Tribunal stands transferred to this Court, prayer made in the instant petition cannot be allowed and as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Accordingly, in view of the aforesaid prayer having been made by learned counsel representing the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, Registry is directed to ensure that the case at hand is re-registered as CWPOA and listed before the Court at an early date.
