Judgment
Jyoti Singh, J
Pursuant to the last order, learned counsel for the respondent had furnished a panel of the Arbitrators to the petitioner. The list of Arbitrators has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is agreeable to the appointment of Mr. Justice Shiva Kirti Singh, Former Judge of the Supreme Court as an Arbitrator between the parties from the panel of Arbitrators.
With the consent of the parties, Mr. Justice Shiva Kirti Singh, Former Judge of the Supreme Court, is appointed as a nominee Arbitrator of the petitioner, to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Respondent has already nominated its Arbitrator to which the petitioner has no objection.
The two Arbitrators will hereinafter appoint a presiding Arbitrator.
