This is an application filed for seeking permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the aforesaid company petition as the dispute involved in the above company petition has been amicably settled between the parties. The said application is supported by an affidavit.

In view of the averments made in the application and the submissions made by the learned counsel representing the petitioner, the present MA No.15/2023 is allowed and stands disposed off. The main petition bearing CP No.8/ND/2009 is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
