Judgment
As per the Order dated 01.09.2022, T.P.No.189 of 2014 was to be listed today i.e. 06.10.2022 for further cross-examination of Mr. V. Suresh Kumar, witness for the Respondents. In the mean time, the matter was mentioned on 09.09.2022 by the Petitioner with a no objection from the other side and it was prayed that the matter be fixed for 20.10.2022. The matter is mentioned once again today and it is prayed that the learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner is in personal difficulty on 20.10.2022 and he might not be available for the cross-examination and, thus, a prayer for adjournment. As prayed, let the matter be listed for 11th November, 2022 for further cross-examination of the Respondents' witness. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents concedes the prayer. The Petitioner to cross-examine the witness to be produced by the Respondents on 11th November, 2022 without fail.
