The petitioner has completed his normal tenure of service in tribal/hard area, therefore, he is entitled to be posted in a soft area in terms of the
Comprehensive Guiding Principles-2013 for regulating the transfers of State Government employees.
The petitioner has given four stations of his choice in para-4 of the petition, which reads as under:-
(i) Govt. Ayurvedic Health Center, Janoun, Distt. Solan.
(ii) Govt. AHC Nand, Distt. Solan.
(iii) Govt. AHC Ple Da Khala, Distt. Solan
(iv) Govt. AHC Behal Distt. Bilaspur
Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for posting him at any one of the four
stations of his choice, within a period of three weeks from today and report compliance on the next date of hearing.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also pending applications, if any.
For compliance to come up on 25.08.2021.
