Applicant Rajender Singh is in judicial custody in FIR No.121 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 332, 333, 353 IPC and Section 7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1967, Police Station- Bajpur, District-Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail.

This fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel.

Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.

Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
