According to the prosecution case the applicant has committed rape upon a girl aged about 14 years with the help of co-accused Sudarshan and his wife in the house of Sudarshan. The room was bolted from the out side, On the alarm raised by the victim the complainant and witnesses rushed. open the door and saw the occurrence. However the applicant managed to flee. The medical report shows that the victim is aged more than 18 years. No injury was found on her body. The victim has narrated the entire occurrence, Besides that there is the evidence of eye witnesses who reached just after the occurrence and seen the applicant fleeing from the place of occurrence. The allegations are of serious nature. There is no ground for bail. The bail application is rejected.
