It is alleged that the applicant and co-accused Mukesh has committed rape upon a girl aged about 16 years. The medical report shows that the age of the victim is in between 16 to 18 years and there is evidence of sexual inter course. It is immaterial that no external injury was found on the body of the victim. The victim in her statement has narrated the entire occurrence. There is no ground for bail. The bail application is rejected.
