Judgment
Antony Dominic, J.—Petitioner submits that she appeared for 1st year MBBS examination and failed in some papers. She submitted Ext.P3 application for revaluation and filed this writ petition seeking an order for expeditious revaluation and declaration of her results.
I heard Standing Counsel appearing for the University also.
Having regard to the facts pointed out, it is directed that the University shall complete the revaluation sought for and declare the result of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment, provided the application has been received and is otherwise in order.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with the writ petition before the University for compliance.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
