Antony Dominic, J.—The Petitioners are M.B.B.S students in the Karuna Medical College, Palakkad, Calicut, affiliated to the Respondent University. In the 1st year examination, they failed in the subjects "C7743 Anatomy Paper I, C7744 Anatomy Paper II, C7745 Physiology Paper I and C7746 Physiology Paper II (1st Petitioner), C7744 Anatomy Paper II and C7743 Anatomy Paper I (2nd Petitioner)" and by submitting Exts.P1 and P2 applications sought its revaluation. Delay in completing the revaluation is what is complained of in the writ petition.

I heard learned standing counsel appearing for the Respondent University.

Having regard to the pendency of Exst.P1 and P2 applications for revaluation, it is directed that the revaluation sought for by the Petitioners shall be expedited and completed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within eight weeks of production of a copy of this W.P (C) No3401 of 2011 judgment, provided the applications have been received and are otherwise in order.

The Petitioners shall produce a copy of this judgment before the Respondent University for compliance.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
