Judgment
Heard Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the
respondents.
At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1
to consider and disposed of the representation dated 22.01.2020 submitted by the petitioner to the Principal Secretary (Health), Government of
Manipur within a stipulated period.
Mr. H. Debendra, learned GA fairly submitted that the present writ petition can be disposed of as prayed for by the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the submission, made by the counsel appearing for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 1 to
consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 22.01.2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
by issuing a speaking order.
With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
