Antony Dominic, J.—Petitioners are B. Tech students. When the results were declared, Petitioner in WP(C) No. 36966/2010 had failed in one subject, namely "Electro Magnetic Field Theory" of Fifth Semester Examination. Petitioner in WP(C) No. 36981/2010 failed in three subjects, namely "Digital Data Communication", "Information Theory and Coding" and "Data Modelling and Design" of Fifth Semester Examination. Petitioner in WP(C) No. 37005/10 failed in two subjects namely "Software Engineering" and "Numerical Analysis and Optimization Techniques" of fifth semester. They applied for revaluation and approached this Court complaining of delay and seeking orders to expedite the revaluation.

I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent University.

Having regard to the above, I dispose of the writ petition directing the University to complete the revaluation sought for by the Petitioners within 10 weeks of production of a copy of the judgment, provided the applications for revaluation have been received and are otherwise in order.

Petitioners shall produce a copy of the judgment before the 2nd Respondent for compliance.
