Counsels appearing for both the sides jointly submitted that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties to this litigation.

It is further submitted by counsels for both the sides jointly that in this matter an amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore only) has been deposited by the petitioner before the Registrar of this Tribunal in compliance of order dated 14.6.2022 of the Tribunal.

As submitted by the counsels for the parties to this litigation that this amount be released in favour of the respondent as per the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The petitioner has also filed M.A No.137/2023 in this Broadcasting Petition praying for withdrawal of this Broadcasting Petition along with the Miscellaneous Applications and to release the amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner before the Registrar of this Tribunal, in favour of the respondent in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

In view of the aforesaid submissions M.A.No.137/2023 is allowed and disposed of and  this Broadcasting Petition No.312/2022, along with M.A. No.97/2023, is disposed of as withdrawn in view of settlement arrived at between the parties as stated hereinabove. Interim relief shall stand vacated.

It is hereby directed that the Registrar of this Tribunal shall release the amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/- along with interest accrued in favour of the respondent- Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd within a period of one week from today by account payee cheque/RTGS/NEFT or any like mode upon proper verification of concerned party.
