In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties to these litigations, counsels for the petitioners in both the Broadcasting Petitions are not pressing these Broadcasting Petitions. They have also prayed for vacating the interim order passed in B.P. No. 87 of 2021 by this Tribunal on 11th July, 2022 and 19th July, 2022 which are pertaining to attachment of Bank Accounts of ACN Digital Pvt. Ltd.
In view of the aforesaid limited submission by counsels, both the aforesaid Broadcasting Petitions are disposed of as not pressed at this stage. Also disposed of along with both the Broadcasting Petitions are M.A. No. 77 of 2022, M.A. No. 487 of 2021, R.A. No. 4 of 2021, M.A. No. 24 of 2022 and E.A. No. 1 of 2022.
Interim orders passed by this Tribunal on 11th and 19th July, 2022 in Broadcasting Petition No. 87 of 2021 are hereby vacated.
The attachment of Bank account of ACN Digital Pvt. Ltd. is also brought to an end. These accounts are now defreezed.
A copy of this order shall be sent by the Registry of this Tribunal to the following banks initially by fax/email ID and thereafter by Registered AD.
