OA No.578/2021
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the OA. Permission is accorded.
The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending MA also stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
OA No.579/2021
In this OA, the applicant proposes to challenge the order dated 27.08.2018 through which the punishment of dismissal was imposed against him, in view of the conviction order in a criminal case against him. He challenged the judgment of the Trial Court before the Hon'ble High Court and thereafter before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
In the pleadings, we find that the applicant has crossed the limits of legality and propriety and made certain remarks even against the Hon'ble High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court.
When the same is pointed out, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Tribunal to withdraw the OA, reserving liberty of the applicant to file a fresh one. We accord permission.
The OA is dismissed as withdrawn. It is left open to the applicant to file a fresh OA on the same cause of action with the proper pleadings.
Pending MA also stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
