This OA is filed challenging the order dated 18.02.2020. The said order, is said to have been passed, in compliance with the order dated 28.08.2018

in OA No.555/2016. Various contentions are urged by both the parties.

We heard Ms. Jasvinder K aur, learned counsel for the applicant and Dr. Ch. Shamsuddin Khan, learned counsel for the respondents.

Today, it is brought to our notice that the respondents filed Writ Petition No.5421/2019 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi challenging the

order in OA No.555/2016 as well as the order passed in M.A. No.878/2019 arising out of the said OA, and through order dated 20.05.2 019, the

Hon’ble High Court was pleased to stay the operation of both the orders, i.e., order dated 18.08.2018 in O.A. and 01.0 4.2019 in M.A.

No.878/2019.

In view of this development, we do not find it appropriate to entertain this OA. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it shall be open to the applicant

to pursue the remedies depending upon the outcome of Writ Petition No.5421/2019.

There shall be no order as to costs.
