Learned counsel for the respondents submit that due compliance of the order, non-compliance whereof has been alleged, has been made.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the aforesaid and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents, this Court is not inclined to continue with the present contempt proceedings.

Notices of contempt served to the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are hereby discharged.
