In view of the aforesaid and in view of the unconditional apology tendered by the respondents, this Court is not inclined to continue with the present contempt proceedings.
Notices of contempt served to the respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are hereby discharged.
The contempt petition stands disposed of for statistical purposes.
