Judgment
R.K. Merathia, J.—It is submitted that the complaint filed by O.P. No. 2 was sent for institution of police case. The police submitted final form. Protest petition was filed. Cognizance was taken and, therefore, as advised Petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 filed A.B.P. No. 617 of 2010, which was rejected on 12/08/2010 and the Petitioner No. 4 filed A.B.P. No. 877 of 2010, which was rejected on 02/11/2010, though anticipatory bail was granted to Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 by this Court on 09/09/2009 vide A.B.A. No. 1754 of 2009 and Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 were released on bail by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate.
Though the notice was issued to O.P. No. 2 but nobody appears to oppose the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, all the Petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender in the Court below within three weeks from today and on such surrender, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Complaint Case No. 1442 of 2009, T.R. No. 502/2010 arising out of Sadar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 105/2009, corresponding to G.R. No. 396/2009, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) code of Criminal procedure.
