and Affidavit of Service was filed on 02/03/2021 along with the tracking report of India Post has also been filed which shows that the consignment
was refused on 10/02/2021. Dasti Notices were refused on 16/02/2021. Sufficient time has elapsed since then. The Registry is directed to list
B.P.No.213 of 2018 for passing appropriate orders before the Hon'ble Bench on any convenient date. List the matter thereafter before this Court for
directions on 11th October, 2021.
