Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that proceedings have already been initiated against this petitioner under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) before NCLT, Mumbai Bench and in C.P.No.690/IBC/MB/2022, Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) has already been appointed by NCLT, Mumbai vide order dated 22.2.2023 and, therefore, counsel for the petitioner is seeking time because now counsel has to be appointed by IRP in all the Siti Cable Network Ltd matters before this Tribunal.
