Judgment
Heard Ms. Ayangleima, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA for the State respondents.
In terms of the order dated 17.02.2021, appropriate steps were taken for service of notice upon respondent No. 3.
When the matter is taken up for consideration, it has been submitted by Mr. S. Samarjeet, learned Sr.PC that he has entered appearance on behalf of
respondent No. 3 and therefore, service is complete in all respondents.
During the course of hearing, as regards the interim prayer to be granted by this Court, it is not clear from the documents available on record as to
whether the tender process has been completed and work order has been issued.
In view of the above, status quo as of today shall be maintained by the parties till the next date.
Mr. S.Samarjeet, learned Sr.PC is granted 2(two) weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit.
List the matter on 15.03.2021.
