Judgment

The petitioner, who is working as Junior Clerk in Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited, Branch Office, Pandoh, District Mandi, H.P. and is under transfer to Branch Office Bhawa Nagar, District Kinnaur, H.P., has come up before this Court seeking quashing of his order of transfer dated 31.10.2019, Annexure P-3.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having gone through the contents of the petition and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to the first respondent, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall decide the same, in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Subject to filing of representation by the petitioner within the time-frame mentioned above, interim order dated 07.11.2019, shall remain in force till the disposal of the representation. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
