Though publication of the notice has been carried out in Sangai Express English and Manipur Newspapers, the notice in the vernacular paper has been published in English language and not in Manipuri language.
Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel for the applicant, is permitted to carry out fresh publication of the notice in Sangai Express Manipuri Newspaper in Manipuri language and file proof of such publication.
Publication in the newspaper shall be carried out once within 3 weeks from today.
