Judgment
At the request by the counsel for the Respondent-1 to file affidavit to bring on record the further developments in the matter about the insolvency proceedings pending before NCLT, Bangaluru.
Counsel for respondent no.1 submitted that they are supporting this applicant who has preferred this Execution Application to the extent that they have to applicant has recover a sizable amount from the other respondents and they have to deposit the same before respondent no.1 for whom Official Liquidator has already been appointed. This corpus accumulated with respondent no.1 shall be distributed in accordance with law & orders to be passed by NCLT, Bangaluru.
This matter is adjourned to 30.4.2024.
