It was submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that insolvency proceeding against the Respondent Company has been initiated before the Hon'ble NCLT Bench, Bangalore and Moratorium Order has also been passed on 01.02.2022 but the Order was uploaded on the website of the Hon'ble NCLT, Bangalore after 08.02.2022. In compliance of the Order dated 08.02.2022, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to file an Affidavit of Service by tomorrow i.e. 10.03.2022. The Petitioner may also file a copy of the latest Order / Orders passed by the Hon'ble NCLT, Bangalore Bench.

Since Orders have been passed regarding the Order of Moratorium, the Petitioner is permitted to file the Affidavit of Service for placing the same on record of this case. Let the matter be listed on 6th July, 2022 for directions.
