Mr. Shashikanth N., witness on behalf of Respondent No.1 was produced and his further cross-examination was recorded on a fresh oath. Due to paucity of time the cross-examination could not be completed and was deferred on the prayer of the Petitioner. As prayed by the parties, let the matter be listed on 10th February, 2023 when the Court sits at Chennai in terms of the Govt. of India's Gazette Notification No.3708 dated 18.08.2022. Respondent No.1 to produce his witness for further cross-examination on the next date fixed at Chennai. The cross-examination recorded today may be placed on record.
