This is an application filed by Mrs. Manita Pradhan, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent, M/s Tashi Delek Gaming Solutions (P) Ltd., seeking leave of this Court for the purpose of withdrawing from the matter.
Having perused the instant application and after hearing the learned Advocates for the parties, we are of the view that in the facts and circumstances on the instant case, the learned Advocate, Mrs. Manita Pradhan, may be granted leave to retire from the instant appeal.
The Registry may strike off her name — which is appearing as the learned Advocate-on-Record of M/s Tashi Delek Gaming Solutions (P) Ltd. — forthwith.
