This is first anticipatory bail application filed by the applicant under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail relating to FIR No.100/2023, dated 09.03.2023, registered at Police Station Dhemarkheda, District Katni (M.P.) for commission of offence under Sections 294, 323, 324, 326 and 506 of IPC.
As prayed by learned counsel for the applicant, this first bail application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C filed on behalf of applicant - Sunil Chakrawarti is dismissed as withdrawn and not pressed.
However, as prayed by learned counsel, it is directed that if applicant surrenders before the trial Court and moves an application for regular bail, the same may be considered expeditiously as per law preferably on the same day.
