Swiftmail Communications Ltd vs Dworo Broadband And Ors

This petition has been filed for the recovery of Rs.26,29,965/- from the respondents.

We have also issued a notice to the respondents, but they have not appeared. We have again issued notice through the concerned Police Station. Despite these facts, nobody appears for the respondents.

We hereby issue Bailable Warrants in the sum of Rs. 1 Lakh each upon the respondents, namely (i) Mr. Mohammad Mahshad [R-2] Managing Partner of Dworo Broadband [R-1], (ii) Mr. Sarafudheen Panangayil [R-3] Partner of Dworo Broadband, (iii) Mr. Mohamed Mahshad, Director of Dworo Broadband Private Limited [R-4]. Dasti/Direct service upto Head of aforesaid Police Station(s). The details furnished by the petitioner of the aforesaid respondents are as under:

The Head of aforesaid Police Station will serve the Bailable Warrants upon the aforesaid person(s) of the respondent and after completing the formalities of grant of Bail and after taking their signatures, the paper will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.

This matter is, therefore, adjourned to 19.7.2023.
