A communication dated 01.10.2022 has been received by the Registry of this Court from Sikkim State Legal Services Authority informing that Mr. S.S. Hamal, learned Senior Advocate, Mediator has submitted an application dated 23.09.2022 seeking a month’s time to conclude the mediation process on the ground that a draft agreement has already been drawn which requires approval from the Government. Similar submissions have been made by the learned Counsel for the parties today. In view of the submissions made, list the matter on 18.11.2022.
