Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents submitted that on earlier occasions also none appeared for the appellant. The learned GA accordingly prays for dismissing this appeal for non-prosecution.
On examination of the earlier proceedings, this Court finds that the appellant remains unpresented on earlier occasions also, however, no adverse order is passed today in the interests of justice.
