Judgment
Date : 06-08-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State.
This writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):-
“(i)Quashing the part of Advertisement No. 01/25 in respect of panchayat Nawada, in village Ghareya for E.B.C Female as no one in the EBC female in Panchayat Nawada village- Ghareya.
(ii)Further the respondent be directed specially respondent No. 2 to 4 to issue corrigendum in respect of vacancy of PDS dealer shown at Sl. No. 8 and select the candidates of General category in place of EBC Female.
(iii)Pass such other order/orders as your lordship may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case.”
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that he has approached this Court for a limited prayer that this Court may fix some time-limit for disposal of the application of the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that he may be permitted to file a detailed representation along with all supporting documents before the District Magistrate, Gayaji i.e. Respondent No. 3 within a period of 15 days from today.
Let the petitioner file a detailed representation along with all supporting documents before Respondent No. 3 within a period of 15 days from today, and if such application is filed within 15 days from today, Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Needless to mention here that before passing the speaking order, opportunity of hearing shall be granted to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, this writ application is disposed of.
All pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
