It is made clear that pendency of this writ petition will not bar the authorities from considering the claim of the petitioners and from redressing their grievances in terms of the recommendation made by the Executive Director (HR), MSPCL and the Managing Director, MSPCL under their letters dated 13-02-2020 and 20-06-2022.
