Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions states that his client shall be content and satisfied in case respondents are directing to decide the pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-5), in a time bound manner.

Learned Senior Additional Advocate General is not averse to the aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-5) within four weeks from today. Needless to say, due opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the petitioner and a speaking order shall be passed thereafter.

Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, alongwith all pending applications.
