in Cyber Appeal Nos.1 & 2 of 2015. It was further directed that in case no reply is filed by Andhra Bank in these two appeals, the matter may be
placed before the Hon'ble Tribunal in terms of Order dated 05/02/2021 passed by the Hon'ble Bench. Neither reply has been filed nor anybody
appears on behalf of the Andhra Bank. Let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Bench on any convenient date for passing appropriate Orders.
