It was also submitted that he has filed a separate M.A. regarding the connected Cyber Appeal No.3/2015 filed by Andhra Bank for its restoration. In view of the above submissions, let the matter be listed before the Hon'ble Bench along with the M.As. on any convenient date. The matters be listed before this Court thereafter as per the directions of the Hon'ble Bench.
