exparte hearing have been passed long back.
Petitioner has filed an MA for fixing early date of hearing. Because of the prevailing pandemic and request for respondent no. 2 for physical hearing,
no date of hearing could be fixed earlier.
It is expected that the situation shall improve within a fortnight. This Tribunal has also made preparations for allowing physical hearing together with
virtual hearing through video conferencing, if the parties so desire.
M.A is allowed and disposed of accordingly.Â
