Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that let Bailable Warrant be issued upon the owner / owners / sole proprietor/directors of the respondent.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, we hereby direct to issue Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- to be served upon each person through respective Head of Police Station mentioned above.
The Head of aforesaid Police Station will serve the Bailable Warrant upon the aforesaid persons of the respondent and after completing the formalities of grant of Bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- and after taking their signatures, the paper will be returned to this Tribunal immediately.
We also hereby direct the respondent to remain present before the Tribunal either in person or through their Advocate. They may depute an advocate on their behalf with all the instructions to argue out the case on the next date of hearing.
The matter is, therefore, adjourned to 26.5.2022.
