Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, benefits have been extended to the petitioner by removing the anomaly in the Grade Pay of the petitioner and for delay, unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology has been tendered.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that though anomaly has been removed, but the benefits have not been given from due date, for which, the petitioner be permitted to file appropriate petition.
Accordingly, in view of the above submissions, the present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy by filing comprehensive substantive petition, in accordance with law, for redressal of his grievances, if any, still survive, as per legal advise.
