Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, benefits have been extended to the petitioners by removing the anomaly in the Grade Pay of the petitioners and for delay, unconditional, unqualified and sincere apology has been tendered.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that though anomaly has been removed, but the benefits have not been given from due date, for which, the petitioners be permitted to file appropriate petition.
Accordingly, in view of the above submissions, the present petition is closed and disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy by filing comprehensive substantive petition, in accordance with law, for redressal of their grievances, if any, still survive, as per legal advise.
