Nobody appears for the Appellant. On the last occasion, Mr.Shagun Bhargawa appeared for Respondent No.4 and it was submitted that the State
Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur have merged with State Bank of India. Ms.Anita Saran appeared for the Appellant and gave an undertaking to supply
copy of Memo of Appeal and, thus, four weeks' time was granted to the Respondent No.4 for filing reply. The Appellant was further directed to take
necessary steps regarding change of name of Respondent No.4.
 As per the Office report, no reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondent No.4 and since the Appellant is absent today, it is not clear whether
they have served copies of the Memo of Appeal on Respondent No.4 or not ? The Appellant is directed to comply with the directions contained in
the Order dated 19/03/2021 forthwith and further to take necessary steps accordingly. List the matter on 27th September, 2021.
