Mr. H. Debendra, learned Dy A.G appeared on behalf of the appellant and Mr. Th. Ibohal, learned Sr. counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents.
The counsel appearing for the parties submitted that in view of the issue involved in this appeal, this matter can be sent for mediation for exploring the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties.
In view of the submission made above, Registry is directed to refer this matter before the appointed Mediator at the Mediation Center of High Court of Manipur.
The Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West and the respondents along with their counsel are directed to appear before the appointed Mediator on 15.09.2025 at 1:00 p.m.
A copy of this order be furnished to all the learned counsel appearing for the parties through their whatsapp/email for doing the needful.
