Ms. Aashi Arora, Advocate appears for Petitioner and states that she is ready for framing of Issues. Mr. Ujjwal Vij, Advocate appears and states that he is representing Mr. Sunil Tripathi, former Director of Respondent Company. He submits that on last occasion inadvertently a mistake has been committed in marking his appearance for the Respondent and that he is not representing Respondent. He further states that he will be filing an appropriate application in this regard in one week time seeking orders of Hon'ble Tribunal. He may do so as per the TDSAT Procedures, 2005. As prayed for, list the matter for framing of Issues on 7th November, 2023.
