These matters were listed before the Court of Registrar of this Tribunal for completion of the pleadings.  As nobody appeared on behalf of the respondents, these matters are listed before this Court.

Today counsel for respondent no. 1 is appearing and has assured that he shall continue his appearance even before the Court of Registrar and the matter shall be proceeded further for completion of the pleadings and therefore now the issues are to be framed from that stage by the Court of Registrar.

Hence, these matters shall be listed before the Court of Registrar on 11.7.2022 for completion of pleadings, framing of issues and taking evidences etc.
