A connected Miscellaneous Application No.533 of 2022 was filed on behalf of the Respondent with a prayer for substitution of new witness Mr. Jaswinder Singh in place of the earlier witness Mr. Deepak Shawel. It is needless to mention that the Court has earlier proceeded with cross-examination of the witness who was last examined on 27.7.2022 and the further cross-examination was deferred to next date on the prayer of the Petitioner.

Since the connected M.A.No.533 of 2022 has been disposed of as not pressed by the Order dated 10.1.2023, the Respondent is directed to produce his witness Mr. Deepak Shawel on 14th March, 2023. The Petitioner to cross-examine the witness on the next date fixed in the matter. The Respondent is directed to produce his witness on the date fixed.
